Effective September 14, 2026. This policy describes how REPICOM handles information associated with its website and member services.

Information we may collect

Account information may include your email address, display name, profile information, sports preferences, membership status, consent choices and account activity. We may also process ordinary technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device, browser, network and usage information.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide the correct membership access, operate REPICOM features, communicate service information, improve the product, prevent abuse, maintain records and comply with legal obligations.

Sportsbook and financial information

REPICOM does not need or request customer sportsbook passwords and does not manage customer sportsbook accounts or bankrolls. If paid memberships are activated later, payment-card processing may be handled by an approved payment provider. REPICOM does not intend to store full payment-card numbers in its application database.

Sharing

We may use service providers that help host, secure, communicate, analyze or operate REPICOM. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction. We do not sell sportsbook access or customer wagering activity.

Security and retention

REPICOM uses technical and organizational controls intended to protect account information, but no internet service can promise absolute security. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, recordkeeping and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may contact REPICOM about your account information, communication preferences, or a privacy request. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live.

Children

REPICOM accounts are not intended for people under 18. Sportsbook participation is separate from REPICOM membership and remains subject to the laws and legal-age rules applicable to the customer.
